Changsha Innovation Semiconductor Corp. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise with a registered capital of USD 31 million and a total investment of USD 300 million. It is located on the east side of Huangxing Avenue, between Renmin East Road and Yingxia Road, in Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hunan Province.
Changsha Innovation Semiconductor Corp. possesses complete 6-inch wafer production technology and equipment. Its management team has many years of operating experience in integrated circuit enterprises both in China and overseas. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in integrated circuit manufacturing and process research and development. The company adheres to a customer-oriented approach, continuously improves its management systems, and provides wafer foundry services, including standard processes such as CMOS, Bipolar, BiCMOS, planar and trench DMOS, BCDMOS, IGBT, MASK ROM, as well as a series of customized process platforms.
The company's 6-inch 0.35µm integrated circuit chip production line has a designed capacity of 60,000 wafers per month, with a first-phase production scale of 35,000 wafers per month. It is Hunan's first open integrated circuit manufacturing fab, primarily using internationally standard process technologies of 0.35µm and above as the main process flow, and developing customized process platforms according to different customer product requirements. Products that can be manufactured include: driver ICs, power management ICs, mixed-signal processing, RF ICs, and discrete devices, etc. They are mainly used in power control products, power supplies for various electronic products (home appliances, mobile phones, etc.), smart grids, high-speed rail, solar energy and conversion, electric vehicles, and other fields.
