Changsha Chaochuang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., established in Xiangjiang New Area, Hunan Province, with a registered capital of 26.1505 million yuan, focuses on the research and comprehensive application of new technologies such as photoelectric (infrared, visible light) imaging and intelligent processing, providing 'full-stack intelligent vision application solutions' for fields including vehicle-mounted panoramic systems, assisted driving, key area defense and warning, intelligent aiming, border and coastal defense, and anti-drone systems. It is a 'National High-tech Enterprise' and a national specializing, refined, distinctive and innovative 'Little Giant' enterprise.
The company's core technical team originates from renowned domestic universities and strong domestic enterprises. After more than 20 years of scientific research and product development, it has accumulated rich experience in computer vision, video processing, intelligent detection and recognition, forming industry-leading core technologies and sustainable R&D capabilities. Combining industry needs, the company has independently developed core algorithms such as AI-ISP, AI super-resolution, AI noise reduction, automatic target recognition, infrared/visible light fusion, image 3D anti-shake, and image panoramic stitching, forming products such as low-latency visible light camera cores, infrared camera cores, FPV dual-light fusion camera cores, guidance ATR components, photoelectric pods, vehicle-mounted panoramic systems, drone pods, and photoelectric intelligent sights.
The company possesses complete scientific research and production qualifications and a quality management system, with 3,500 ㎡ of R&D and production space and over 100 employees (including more than 30 with doctoral/master's degrees). It is equipped with more than 300 sets of R&D, testing and production equipment such as wide-temperature blackbodies, infrared thermal imagers, collimators, rapid temperature change test chambers, vibration and shock test benches, optical darkrooms, and clean benches. It holds more than 30 authorized national invention patents, 12 registered software copyrights, and 8 registered trademarks.
