It has established 280 assembly plants in 34 countries, employing more than 110,000 people. The business scope of the joint venture includes: designing and producing automotive seating systems, body electronic control systems, and other automotive electronic and electrical products; selling self-produced products and providing technical services for self-produced products. Its products are mainly for complete vehicle manufacturers. The first phase total investment is 4.3 million US dollars, with an expected annual sales revenue of 200 million RMB.
