Guangzhou Huade Automotive Spring Co., Ltd. is an investment enterprise under GAC Group, established in 1993, located at No. 158 Chuangye Avenue, Yongning Street, Zengcheng, Guangzhou, covering an area of 40,000 m², fully invested by GAC Group Components Co., Ltd. In 2013, a branch was established in Zhengzhou, and in Meizhou, investments were made in Meizhou GAC Huade Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (2014) and Meizhou GAC Automotive Spring Co., Ltd. (2018).
The company specializes in producing various types of car suspension springs, stabilizer bars, torsion bars, valve springs, motorcycle shock absorber springs, special-shaped springs, and automobile seat frames, ranking among the top in the national professional automotive spring manufacturing industry*. Main supporting customers include GAC Group and BYD, among others. Our product development and manufacturing capabilities are at the forefront of the domestic industry, with the ability to independently develop in synchronization with OEMs, including product design and simulation analysis capabilities; tooling, mold, and inspection fixture design capabilities; and complete equipment design capabilities. There are 6 production lines for suspension springs with an annual capacity of 8.25 million units; 7 lines (including 2 hollow) for stabilizer bars with an annual capacity of 3.5 million units; 3 lines for trunk torsion bars with an annual capacity of 7.2 million units; 2 lines for valve springs with an annual capacity of 47.11 million units; and 15 automated lines for frame welding assemblies with an annual capacity of 4.58 million units, among others.
