Qiya Xinjiang Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned second-level subsidiary group of Qiya Group, located in Huoshaoshan Industrial Park, Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xinjiang, with a registered capital of 6.5 billion yuan. It has subsidiaries including Xinjiang Qiya Aluminum Power Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Qiya Silicon Industry Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Qiya Metal Silicon Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Qiya New Energy Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Qiya Chemical Co., Ltd.

At present, the company has formed an annual production scale of 800,000 tons of aluminum alloy, 400,000 tons of anode carbon, 2160MW self-owned thermal power units, 100,000 tons of metal silicon, and 100,000 tons of polysilicon, making it one of the most competitive first-class enterprises in the nonferrous metals industry nationwide. With the strategic extension of the group, the company plans to add more than 60 billion yuan in investment during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, with projects planned for an annual output of 400,000 tons of metal silicon, 400,000 tons of high-purity crystalline silicon, 20GW monocrystalline silicon, 20GW wafer cutting, 6GW wind-solar new energy, 2×1 million tons of coal-to-olefins, and supporting 6×660MW ultra-supercritical units. By then, the company will form a development path centered on the "aluminum-silicon-coal chemical" industry. It is estimated that by 2030, Qiya Xinjiang Group will achieve an annual industrial output value of over 110 billion yuan, taxes exceeding 10 billion yuan, and provide employment for more than 10,000 people.
