成都民用航空医学中心(简称“中心”)位于四川省成都市双流区航仁路1号，是中国民用航空局委任的民用航空人员专业体检鉴定机构，为民航西南地区管理局直属事业单位。主要负责对西南地区（四川省、云南省、贵州省、西藏自治区及重庆市）航空人员（飞行员、乘务员、安全员以及空中交通管制员等）和招收飞行学员的体检鉴定工作，同时为民航职工提供健康体检及医疗保健，承担民用航空医学研究及检验检测工作，为西南民航安全平稳运行提供重要支撑和保障。中心在成都设有面积约1.2万平米的规范体检场所，设立内科、外科、眼科、耳鼻喉、检验科、影像科、辅助医学科、财务室、综合办、党群办、实验室等11个科室。
