Guangzhou Haisa Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a biotechnology-oriented enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales, and application services. Its predecessor was the Fine Chemical Plant of South China University of Technology, established in 1985. Leveraging its strong scientific research advantages, the company combines modern high-tech biotechnology with chemical separation technology to produce a series of functional non-GMO soybean deep-processing products used in food, health products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other fields.
We firmly believe that technology is the core of the enterprise and development is the fundamental principle. The company has repeatedly participated in national, provincial, and municipal science and technology projects: it participated in the national "Tenth Five-Year" science and technology key project on soybean deep-processing key technologies and equipment research under the Ministry of Science and Technology; the construction of the Plant Protein Engineering Research Center under the National Development and Reform Commission; the "Eleventh Five-Year" science and technology project on industrialization research and development of high-quality soybean phospholipids under the Ministry of Science and Technology; in 2007, the company undertook an international cooperation project on key technologies and equipment research for industrial production of IMO using "molecular control" technology; undertook the provincial science and technology project on technical transformation for industrial production of soybean lecithin; and undertook the municipal science and technology project on technical research for industrial production of soybean polysaccharides using "molecular control" technology, and won the second prize of Guangdong Province Science and Technology Progress Award; in 2010, the project undertaken by the company was rated as one of the "Top 500 Modern Industry Projects in Guangdong Province". The company has passed ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP quality system certifications and the European EUROFINS non-GMO IP system certification; obtained the QS production license, KOSHER/HALAL, etc.; production conditions, environment, and processes all meet export hygiene requirements, and the company has passed export hygiene registration and can export to the international market.
Strong technical support is the prerequisite for product quality assurance. One of our partners, South China University of Technology, is a well-known domestic university. We participated in the construction of the Soybean Deep-Processing Technology Demonstration Center jointly built by the university and the National Development and Reform Commission, and co-built a soybean phospholipid spraying test center, a soybean lecithin emulsification test center, and a soybean polysaccharide pilot plant on campus. In cooperation with Guangdong Province Commodity Inspection Bureau, a non-GMO monitoring platform was established to timely monitor GMO components in products to ensure product safety; main production equipment adopts imported equipment from German BUSS-SMS, Siemens-Nash-Elmo, Achenbach, etc., to ensure the stability of the production process; site monitoring equipment includes advanced analytical instruments such as gas phase and liquid phase, equipped with the internationally leading low-temperature evaporative light scattering detector, which can accurately monitor the contents of PC, PE, PI, LPC, and LPE in soybean phospholipids to ensure stable product quality.
