The company was established on January 4, 2011, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. At present, in response to the company's development needs, its business scope has been expanded to include garden landscape engineering design, garden planning and design, garden engineering and design, garden architecture, garden plants, and other large agriculture-related businesses, highlighting the demonstration function of the 'Urban Agriculture Demonstration Park,' with a capital increase of 30 million yuan.

2. The 'Jiangxia Mancheng' urban agriculture complex has also reserved 3,000 mu of urban construction land within the Zhengdian Logistics Industrial Park area along National Highway 107.
