Wuhan Jiaxin Property Management Co., Ltd. was established in 1998. It currently holds a Grade I qualification for national property management enterprises and is an enterprise with independent legal personality approved by the Wuhan Administration for Industry and Commerce to specialize in property management. The company is currently a member unit of the Wuhan Property Management Association and a member unit of the Wuhan Qingshan District Federation of Industry and Commerce. The property projects the company currently manages successfully include: Wugang General Hospital, Qingshan District Local Taxation Bureau, Qingshan District Traffic Brigade, Qingshan District People's Court, Wugang Hotel, Wugang Transportation Co., Ltd., Wugang International Economic and Trade Corporation, Wugang Oxygen Plant, Wugang Automation Company, Qingshan District Planning Bureau, the office building and industrial park of China Railway Science and Industry Group, and other property management projects.
