In March 2009, it was registered as a limited liability company with the Changsha Administration for Industry and Commerce, with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. The company owns a 1,200-square-meter office building with independent property rights at Changsheng Shangdong District, No. 230 Chezhan North Road, Furong District, Changsha City, as its office space.
The company currently has more than 60 employees, among whom 31 have a bachelor's degree or above, 21 have a college degree or above, 32 graduated from computer or electronic information majors, and 33 have more than four years of IT industry work experience. There are 28 employees in technical support and after-sales service.
