Our institute was founded in 1989. Currently, we hold qualification certificates issued by the Ministry of Construction of China and the Construction Department of Jiangxi Province, including "Grade B Metallurgical Engineering Design," "Grade B Architectural Engineering Design," "Grade B Engineering Supervision," "Grade B Engineering General Contracting," and "Grade A Engineering Consulting."
Our institute has strong technical strength, with over 120 professionals in various fields such as architecture, mechanical and electrical, water supply and drainage, general layout and transportation, HVAC, mining, and metallurgy. Among them, over 80% hold senior and intermediate technical titles. There are 32 registered practitioners across various disciplines nationwide, and we have a team of part-time experts with high industry recognition, forming a comprehensive expert network. The institute is well-equipped with advanced technology, including network systems, specialized software for each discipline, and a high-configuration computer for each technical staff member.
In 2009, with the approval of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, our institute underwent a shareholding system reform.
