A professional salvage unit under the Ministry of Transport and one of China's professional emergency rescue and salvage companies. It possesses national first-class offshore salvage and offshore oil first-class contracting qualifications, ISO9001:2008 and ISM qualification certificates, and has been rated as an AAA-grade unit for contract compliance and credibility. It is one of the major contractors for international large-scale towing and domestic marine engineering.
