Chongqing Zhongjiao Lijing Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a third-tier wholly-owned subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC), registered and established in Chongqing in 2008, with a registered capital of RMB 110 million. In 2013, it was promoted to a "National First-Class Qualification Real Estate Development Enterprise".
Introduction to the Parent Company
China Communications Construction Investment Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 5 billion. It is a wholly-owned overseas investment platform established by China Communications Construction Company Limited, a large state-controlled enterprise listed on the Hong Kong H-share market (Stock Code: 1800).

China Communications Construction Company Limited was established in 2006 with a registered capital of RMB 14.825 billion. As a Fortune Global 500 enterprise, CCCC is primarily engaged in infrastructure construction and real estate development in ports, wharves, waterways, highways, bridges, railways, tunnels, and municipal works, with business footprints across more than 100 countries and regions worldwide. II. About Our Project---Introduction to "Zhongjiao Lijing"
Chongqing Zhongjiao Lijing Real Estate Co., Ltd. is currently mainly developing and constructing the "Zhongjiao Lijing" project. "Zhongjiao Lijing" is located in the Shuangshan area of Dadukou District, Chongqing, which is currently Chongqing's CLD---Central Living District. The project's landscape was conceptually designed by one of the three greatest contemporary landscape architects in the world. Adhering to the design concept of integrating city, nature, and local culture, "Zhongjiao Lijing" is built into a community immersed in a park.
The project covers an area of 405 mu, including 86 mu of the Love/Sports Park built with an investment of RMB 35 million by Zhongjiao Lijing Real Estate. With a forward-looking vision and perspective, it is tailor-made as an international leisure city---Zhongjiao Lijing, a nearly one million square meter urban functional building complex integrating high-rise buildings, townhouses, apartments, community commerce, and commercial streets. The convenience of the regional transportation center, the charm of the regional residential center, and the prosperity of the regional leisure center---all the functions a city should have have been perfectly planned.
