Founded in 1961, our company is a professional design and research institute mainly engaged in engineering contracting, complete design and construction, product development, and technical consulting in the field of electrical automation. The technical fields involved include computer and network engineering applications, electrical drive automation, municipal and rail transit, power generation and transmission/distribution, and environmental protection engineering.
Located in the southern part of downtown Shanghai, our company has nearly 11,000 square meters of premises for design research, experimentation, and pilot production. With over 200 employees, more than 40% hold senior or intermediate technical titles, and we have several science and technology experts as well as a large group of outstanding young experts and academic leaders.
Backed by Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation, we continuously strengthen extensive cooperation with universities and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, leading to steady growth in overall strength. The pace of productization of research results and industrialization of products has accelerated, and new technological economic growth points continue to emerge. Since its establishment, the company has completed over 2,800 scientific research product developments and major engineering projects, with more than 240 achievements winning national and local science and technology progress awards, innovation awards, and new product awards.
Our company holds high-tech enterprise certification; professional contracting certificates for highway traffic engineering communication, monitoring, and toll collection; professional contracting certificates for mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering, building intelligent engineering, electronic engineering, and environmental protection engineering; computer information system qualification certificates; public security prevention engineering design and construction certificates; key new product development certificates; and ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification. In recent years, we have been consecutively awarded the title of Shanghai Civilized Unit and have been rated as one of the 100 excellent units in Shanghai that emphasize contracts and uphold credibility.
