Under the strong promotion of the Australian Government Department of Commerce and the Australian Embassy in China, East Elevator Group successively established two joint ventures in China: Guangzhou East Elevator Co., Ltd. in 2000 and Chongqing East Elevator Co., Ltd. in 2002, forming the design and development, manufacturing, marketing, installation, and after-sales service system of East Elevator (China) Company.

East Elevator (China) Company has built a specialized, large-scale, and high-starting-point elevator manufacturing base in the Chayuan Industrial Park, Nan'an District, Chongqing, in the western region of China.
