The company's production area covers a total of 4,500 mu, with 4,500 meters of shoreline. The entire project is carried out in two phases. The first phase covers 2,390 mu and 2,500 meters of shoreline. Upon completion, it will mainly engage in the construction, repair, and conversion of ships and marine engineering. After full operation, the total number of employees and laborers will exceed 10,000, with a skilled professional team and complete technical specialties. It has now built one 1,200-meter and one 575-meter outfitting wharf, capable of berthing ships of 100,000 to 300,000 tons; two 180,000-ton level berths; one 300,000-ton and one 80,000-ton dry dock; one 5-meter and one 3.5-meter steel plate pretreatment line; coating facilities meeting PSPC requirements for "three spraying and six coating"; and more than 100 lifting equipment including 500-ton gantry cranes, 5070 portal cranes, and 150-ton overhead cranes (including 4 5070 portal cranes at the wharf, 1 25-ton ship unloader, 4 3255 portal cranes at the berth, 1 500-ton gantry crane, 4 5070 portal cranes at the dock, and plans to manufacture 2 900-ton gantry cranes). The production and supporting equipment for ship repair and building are complete and sophisticated, with comprehensive power supply systems, capable of building and repairing various large and medium-sized ships and special ships. The second phase will also construct two inner harbor basins and corresponding workshops and sites. Upon completion, it will mainly engage in ship breaking, ship steel plate trading, metal processing and utilization, and second-hand ship trading, complementing the first phase to form a modernized and internationalized ship economy operating system integrating production and trade.
