The company's headquarters focuses on technology research and development, core equipment manufacturing, and system services as its main business. It consists of a marketing center, research and design institute, equipment manufacturing center, and engineering center, forming a complete service industry chain. It has developed three major series of equipment products: "mechanical crushing and sorting," "rapid biodegradation," and "anaerobic pyrolysis," serving more than 1,000 customers worldwide.
The company's resource recycling business segment has successively invested in three major industrial bases and created the "Blue Island Model" of renewable resource recycling system, covering all categories of waste materials such as waste home appliances, end-of-life vehicles, waste plastics, waste metals, waste paper, waste textiles, and waste glass. Addressing the pain points of rural environmental governance, it created the "Green Island Model," a comprehensive rural environmental governance solution integrating rural domestic waste treatment, recycling of agricultural films and pesticide packaging, and biological treatment of sludge, livestock manure, and food processing residues. Targeting forestry residues, straw, and grain, oil, and fruit shell residues from the agriculture and forestry industry, the company developed the "baking pyrolysis combined continuous rotary kiln carbonization equipment," completely subverting traditional charcoal-making processes and pioneering the "Carbon Island Model" for agricultural and forestry organic waste utilization.
