China Mobile Communications Group Terminal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Terminal Company") was established in April 2011 based on the former Zhongyi Dingxun Communication Co., Ltd., and was officially renamed China Mobile Terminal Company on August 18, 2011. After its establishment, the Terminal Company integrated terminal procurement, sales, and after-sales functions, undertaking the mission of integrating the TD terminal industry chain for China Mobile.

Guangdong Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Terminal Company Guangdong Branch") is affiliated with China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. and was the first branch established nationwide by China Mobile Terminal Company in June 2011. China Mobile Guangdong Company is the largest provincial company in China's information and communication industry and the largest communication operator in Guangdong Province. The Terminal Company Guangdong Branch is currently the only terminal procurement fund, logistics, and supply service platform for China Mobile Guangdong Company, undertaking the procurement, sales, after-sales, and logistics distribution of customized terminal products for over 1,600 service halls in 21 cities across Guangdong. Its business scale is huge, offering numerous career development opportunities.
Currently, the Terminal Company Guangdong Branch has established a comprehensive department, finance department, market department, materials department, marketing center, internet operations center, system support center, and six regional centers (Guangzhou/Shenzhen/Dongguan-Huizhou/Foshan-Zhaoqing/West Guangdong/East Guangdong). In 2012, the company sold 8 million smart terminals, with main business revenue of 5.7 billion yuan; in 2013, it sold over 13 million smart terminals, with main business revenue exceeding 9 billion yuan, accounting for over 30% of the smart terminal market share in Guangdong Province, and employing more than 1,200 staff.
