China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. Southwest Company is a directly-operated regional company of China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. It was established in October 2010 as a strategic decision by CSCEC 7th Bureau in response to the regional operation strategy of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited and to vigorously develop the Southwest market. It was formed through the integration of three units: the former CSCEC 7th Bureau Central South Company, the former CSCEC 7th Bureau Southwest Office, and the former CSCEC 7th Bureau Shanghai Company Southwest Branch. It has formed a business layout with Chongqing and Sichuan as its core markets, and Hubei, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Henan as important markets. Its construction business scope covers many fields such as real estate development, transportation roads and bridges, sewage treatment, and large industrial plants. It has integrated general contracting management capabilities for civil construction, installation, and decoration.
