Kaisa Group originated in Hong Kong and was founded in 1999. It is a large-scale real estate enterprise group in China, headquartered in Shenzhen. In December 2009, Kaisa Group was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 1638.HK).
As a city operator, the Group's main business covers diversified fields including property development, urban renewal, commercial operation, finance, hotel management, and property services. Its products cover ordinary residences, villas, tourism, large urban complexes, and more. As of now, Kaisa Group Holdings Limited includes Kaisa Group, Kaisa Commercial Group, Kaisa Financial Group, and Kaisa Property Management Group, with 31 subordinate real estate companies and 5 subordinate professional companies. The total number of employees is nearly 10,000, and the Group's total assets are approximately RMB 72.7 billion.
At present, Kaisa has entered five major economic regions in China: the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Bohai Rim, Chengdu-Chongqing, and Central China.
