China 15th Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China 15th Metallurgical") was established in 1953. It is a large enterprise group mainly engaged in construction, with diversified development in real estate, mining development, and material trade. It was successively affiliated with the former Ministry of Metallurgy, China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation, and the State Bureau of Nonferrous Metals Industry. In 2000, it became a member enterprise of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd., which is directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.


China 15th Metallurgical has a registered capital of 606.48 million yuan and total assets of over 8 billion yuan. It currently employs more than 20,000 people, of whom about 5,000 are core management personnel. It has 12 holding and participating subsidiaries, 4 regional engineering companies, 1 mining company, and 1 institutional legal entity. It possesses the special-grade qualification for general contracting of smelting engineering, and first-grade qualifications in 7 categories including mining engineering, electric power engineering, highway engineering, housing construction engineering, mechanical and electrical installation engineering, petrochemical engineering, and municipal engineering, as well as 5 professional qualifications. At the same time, China 15th Metallurgical also has the qualification for foreign economic cooperation, allowing it to contract overseas projects, export labor services, and conduct related import and export businesses. China 15th Metallurgical has been repeatedly rated as "National Excellent Construction Enterprise", "National Contract-honoring and Credit-worthy Enterprise", "National Advanced Construction Enterprise", and "China Engineering Construction Social Credit AAA Enterprise".
