China Nonferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "NFC") was established in 1983 with the approval of the State Council. On April 16, 1997, it underwent asset restructuring, spinning off high-quality assets to form NFC, which was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the security code 000758. Its controlling parent company, China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "CNMC"), is a large central enterprise directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. NFC mainly engages in the development of nonferrous metal resources, engineering contracting, and related import and export businesses. It possesses the capability to undertake general contracting for the nonferrous metal industry as well as other industries, energy, transportation, and public facilities. It has cultivated a lean, high-quality, and internationally oriented talent team, integrating national support, market development, scientific research and design, investment and financing, resource survey and exploration, project management, and equipment supply networks. Since its establishment, we have consistently adhered to the "going global" development strategy, achieving dual development in both engineering contracting and resource development in domestic and international markets.
