Changsha Xinhang Wheel & Brake Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in January 2004 with a registered capital of 377 million yuan and covers an area of 147 mu. The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Boyun New Materials Co., Ltd., a listed company under Hunan Xingxiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., a provincial state-owned capital operation platform in Hunan Province. It is a specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprise cultivated and built with key support by Academician Huang Boyun, and a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, testing, sales, maintenance and service of aviation wheel and brake systems and accessories. Relying on the dual-platform advantages of Xingxiang Group and Central South University, the Company continuously enhances its technological innovation capabilities, and has been awarded titles such as Enterprise Technology Center recognized by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Department of Industry and Information Technology, Changsha Enterprise Technology Center, and Changsha Technology Innovation Center, with its scientific and technological innovation strength repeatedly affirmed. In the field of wheel and brake, the Company has broken through multiple technologies that filled domestic gaps, with a cumulative total of 55 patent applications and 26 granted patents. Among them, adaptive brake control technology, carbon-ceramic brake material application technology, wireless passive tire temperature and pressure monitoring technology, oil contamination resistance technology, and digital anti-skid brake system technology are in a leading position.
