account manager岗位职责

职责描述：
1. 开拓新业务
2. 维护老客户
3. 积极发展新能源汽车相关业务
4. 客户合同年度谈判
5. 日常应收账款征收
6. 订单和库存控制
任职要求：
1. 2年相关工作经验。优秀应届生亦可。有铝材或有色金属行业优先；有动力电池相关行业优先
2. 本科及以上学历
3. 可以接受出差，能接受挑战和压力；有亲和力，主动积极；正能量
4. 英语四级以上，有良好的英语口语和书面能力

工作内容：
1. 负责所辖区域或客户的销售目标达成，制定并执行客户销售计划。
2. 开发生物制药及相关领域的新客户和新业务机会，维护现有重点客户关系。
3. 全生命周期跟踪项目，深入了解客户在早期研发、工艺开发、中试放大及生产中的应用需求，推荐合适的层析填料及解决方案。
4. 协调相关内部资源，支持客户技术交流、产品评估、试用和概念验证，推动产品成功导入。
5. 收集客户产品评估结果，利用内部技术同事资源，给客户提供工艺优化方案，定期参加内部技术讨论会议。
6. 管理销售机会及客户项目进度，识别并解决影响项目推进和销售转化的问题，定期参加内部商机管理会议。
7. 收集并分析客户需求、市场动态及竞争对手信息，为销售策略和内部决策提供支持。
8. 与销售运营及其他内部团队合作，跟进订单执行、客户回款、售后支持及相关业务。
9. 根据业务需要拜访客户并支持重点销售机会。
任职要求：
1. 生物技术、生物化学、化学工程、制药工程或相关理工科专业，本科及以上学历。
2. 具备生物制药、生物工艺、下游纯化或相关生命科学行业的技术、销售、业务拓展或客户管理3年及以上经验。
3. 具备较强的客户开发、需求分析、沟通协调及商业谈判能力。
4. 积极主动，结果导向，具备良好的学习能力和项目推进能力。
5. 具备良好的英语读写及沟通能力，能够支持技术资料阅读和业务交流。
6. 能够理解客户技术需求，并将其转化为相应的产品或解决方案。

 Responsibilities:
○ Acquisition of new projects participation in the acquisition of new customers
○ Develop business growth in OEM customer;
○ Ensure the gross margin increasing on the existing business;
○ Follow up the engineering change identify the cost impact make proper quotation;
○ Build up the close relationship with customer;
○ Responsible fthe payment completion on time;
○ Assist the new project development launch;
○ Content preparation of customer events (fair, internal events, presentations at the customer), including participation
○ Responsible fsales system maintain, like SAP(optional).
Job Specification / required skills:
 BachelMaster Degree;
 Minimum of 5 years experience working in Automotive Automotive Supplier Industry;
 Good understanding of customers requirements expectation;
 Working in a responsible independent way;
 Fluent in Chinese English;
 High morale good team player;
 Good knowledge of MS-Office (esp. MS-Project Excel) SAP (Project System)
