1、 根据公司TS体系要求，组织编制工厂TS的管理细则并进行发布
2、 配合公司QEHS部完成工厂的质量体系审核；
3、 编制并组织实施工厂过程审核和产品审核计划；
4、 配合顾客对工厂进行二方审核；
5、 配合有资质的认证机构的三方审核
6、 监督、跟踪审核不符合项整改；
7、 协助工厂行政管理部制定质量体系年度管理评审计划；
8、 汇总不符合项
9、对新产品、过程提供质量技术支持
10、参与质量分析、编制质量控制计划，设计质量控制卡,确定质量控制点；
11、协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果；.
12、持续监控所有质量目标的进展，履行必要的改进措施；
13、负责产品相关质量文件和记录的维护和控制。
任职资格
1、相关行业本科以上学历；英语良好
2、3年以上质量相关岗位工作经验
3、良好的与人沟通能力

Duties

Fulfill normal customer application trial internal trial, written report available 完成实验室的客户应用测试及内部研发试验，并完成书面报告;
Communicate with customer, join in related conference, get better understanding of the battery industry, inder to help sales develop new customer 与客户进行技术交流，参加行业会议，了解行业动态，帮助销售人员开发新客户;
Production line onsite coordination, commissioning, process improvement, results follow up, written report 生产线现场协调，设备测试，工艺改进，结果跟踪，书面报告;
Built joint with sales, CS, Engineering group inder to ensure the smoothness of operation to achieve the production line 与销售，服务和工程团队进行对接, 实现项目的正常运行;

Qualifications

Bachelors higher degree, Chemical, mechanical a related background 本科以上学历，化学或机械专业;
Above 1 years related working experience 1年以上相关工作经验;
Candidate with Li-ion battery production technology has priority, especially with experience on project designing, equipment commissioning, operation了解熟悉锂离子电池生产工艺前沿技术，具有锂电池相关企业项目设计、生产调试和运行等经历的人员优先考虑;
Candidate with twin-screw extruder experience has priority 有双螺杆挤出机经验者优先;
Candidate with lab process develop experiences has priority 有实验室及工艺开发相关工作经验;
Good English in both writing speaking 良好的英语读写能力;
Familiar with commonly used office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 熟悉基本办公软件的操作;
Hard working, strong practical ability能吃苦耐劳，有较强的动手能力;
Good team-working capability of working independently有团队精神及独立工作能力;
Good at find out problems, analyze the reason solve problems 善于发现问题，分析原因并解决问题;

Responsibilities:
1.Set up implement procurement strategy planning according to company develop requirement department KPIs, to achieve own department target.
2.Execute periodic market research of commodities get deep market information (pricing, suppliers, supply vs demstatus, etc.), perform supply analysis on strategic level, purchasing cost analysis control, risk management.
3.Develop appropriate competitive new supplier arrange factory visit factory audit, negotiate T’s C’s, set up venddata in the system.
4.New material’s primary price review (inquiry, price comparison, price negotiation, etc.).
5.RFQ support fnew projects.
6.Get cost reduction regularly.
7.Arrange lead QBR with key suppliers, improve supplier performance by scorecard other means, manage supplier relationship optimize supply base.
8.Support RD’s fnew product’s development, source new materials arrange samples accordingly (follow up engineering sample)
9.Support PM RD to fulfill the dembefore product launch.
10.Get AVL suppliers to sign Purchasing Contract related agreements.
11.Get relevant documents from suppliers (FAI certifications, RoHS, specification, material certifications, MSDS, etc.) during sample stage.
12.Other assignments from managers.

Requirements:
1.Bechelabove diploma,5 years above working experience, 3 years working experience in sourcing field;
2.Be familiar with cell industry, have the knowledge of cell technology manufacture process;
3.Strong logic thinking, communication, coordination, negotiation problem-solving ability;
4.Strong capability on supplier management;
5.Resultientation working manner;
6.Good English communication （spoken, written）;
7.Good commof computer skill (MS Office, SAP), skilled in data consolidation analysis report;
8.Have experience on project management;
9.Good professional integrity.
