Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. Provide on-site remote technical support ffull-range MPS power electronics products, including MPS PoL regulators, DC-DC controllers, multi-phase power ICs, DrMOS, power modules analog power management devices. Independently support customer board bring-up, system-level debugging, complex failure analysis, solution validation mass production stabilization across diverse application fields.
2. Serve as the core technical owner fkey customers strategic projects. Fully understcustomer system architecture power tree requirements, deliver customized MPS-based power solutions, resolve critical technical bottlenecks, drive design-in, design-win sustainable mass production.
3. Collect summarize customer application difficulties, technical feedback market demtrends fMPS product lines. Sort out valuable technical improvement suggestions, closely align with internal product R&D teams, support product performance optimization new product definition.
4. Cooperate deeply with the sales team to support full-cycle pre-sales after-sales technical work, including power solution design, schematic PCB layout review, EVB demonstration technical presentation.

Requirements 岗位要求：

1. Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, related majors.
• 2+ years of working experience in power semiconductFAE power supply application development;
• Familiar with the technical development cycle of power products in various industries, capable of independently undertaking key customer technical project delivery.
Able to adapt to short-term business trips, with excellent cross-departmental coordination, customer communication technical negotiation capabilities.
2. Technical Skills
• Solid power electronics theoretical foundation, proficient in Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost other mainstream switching power supply topologies, with in-depth understanding of loop compensation, transient optimization, multi-phase parallel technology digital power control logic.
• Proficient in using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, thermal imagers other test equipment to independently locate solve various complex application faults.
• Familiar with the product characteristics, application methods selection logic of power management ICs power devices, with rich practical experience in industrial power supply, consumer electronics, communication equipment new energy other mainstream power application scenarios.
• Possess solid circuit analysis ability, proficient in reading schematic diagrams, able to evaluate power loop design risks, guide reasonable PCB layout optimization fpower products.
• Proficient in English reading writing, able to independently read foreign advanced technical materials, datasheets application manuals, support international customer technical communication.
3. Competency
• Strong independent problem-solving ability, able to quickly locate resolve difficult technical problems in customer mass production project development.
• Excellent logical thinking customer deminsight capability, able to convert customer scenarios standardized technical solutions R&D optimization requirements.

2、能熟练应用电子技术，有扎实的电子电路基础，了解常用的拓扑结构；
3、良好的沟通能力、自学能力。良好的口头表达能力，可以通过电话指导用户处理常见问题；
4、良好的文字表达能力，可以详细记录问题的处理技巧和分析方法；能够承担工作压力，富有团队合作精神；

岗位职责：
负责伺服/变频器客退品的失效分析，定位故障原因。
与各部门合作，制定并执行问题解决方案。
为客户提供技术支持，解答技术问题。
编写失效分析报告，总结案例经验。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，电子、电气或自动化相关专业。
3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉伺服/变频器产品。
熟练使用测试设备，掌握失效分析方法。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
