门童岗位职责

1、良好的沟通能力及服务意识；
2、了解天津及周边环境，善于学习；
3、具有酒店同岗位工作经验优先录用。

职位描述 Job description
1.随时在酒店主要入口和礼宾台问候和协助客人。
Attendant to hotel main entrance City insider counter to greet assist guests at all times.
2.管理酒店正门区域车辆交通，确保酒店主要出入口畅通。
Control the traffic at the hotel front entrance area, ensure hotel is well represented at the hotel main entrance.
3.在入住和退房的高峰期，主动为大堂客人提供行李递送服务。
Actively assist all guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins check-outs.
4.确保酒店和客人的所有物品安全送达指定地点，并遵循酒店政策与程序记录存档。
Ensure the safe delivery of all hotel guest items to the stipulated destinations maintain proper hotel records of the delivery information according to hotel policy procedures.
5.精通城市、购物中心和酒店信息，熟悉并更新IFS促销信息，为酒店客人提供帮助和指引。
Well know City Insider Information hotel information, familiar with updated IFS promotion information, provide assistance directions to all hotel patrons.
6.当礼宾台忙碌时协助礼宾主管，确保所有客人要求得到满意的回复。
Assist the City Insider Shift Leader when the City insider counter is busy ensure all guest requests are met with satisfaction.
7.执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
Carries out any other reasonable duties responsibilities as assigned.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少3年大专或旅游管理相关专业。
3 years’ college education hospitality related qualifications.
2.酒店礼宾部经验（非必须）。
Hotel Bell Services experience preferred.
3.良好的英文口语，良好的对客沟通技巧和服务意识，能与各级沟通。具备良好健康的身体素质。
Goodal English. Good guest contact skill service manner, able to communicate with all levels. Possess good physical fitness health.

1、有良好的服务意识；
2、具备酒店大堂工作相关工作经验
3、形象气质良好。
4、从事门童岗位满三年或者期间综合表现良好的，可晋升调任管家岗。
