Mission:
1. Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices, working on the cutting edge of a wide range of innovative use cases of returns business process optimizations within Customer Services Managed Logistics as an integral part of our passion in driving the digital transformation of Siemens Healthineers.
2. Responsible fdelivering projects, enhancements, change requests, support providing business consulting of SAP SD solutions in the area of material logistics with our business partners, demmanagers other implementation teams.
3. Focus on the process of timely high availability of spare parts fully automated returns processing, ensured by a global warehouse network. A customer-specific development is used fthe returns process.
Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Providing expert-level guidance support in the implementation, configuration, maintenance of SAP SD solutions in the area of material logistics, returns.
2. Ensure the SAP operation support KPI well meet business requirement enable the business growth needs.
3. Leading participating in SAP implementation projects Change Requests together with business, global IT team service delivery partner.
4. Local Global legal/compliance enabling in SAP.
5. Ability to work effectively with a global team, demonstrating strong communication collaboration skills across different time zones cultures.
Education & Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a SAP Consultant with a focus on SD/CS module.
• Current knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA environment.
• Integration knowledge on warehouse processes in logistic modules is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABAP is preferred.
• Good analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements technical solutions.
• Great communication interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of theganization.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.

职位描述
1. 与SAP销售团队对接，挖掘SAP Cloud ERP在阿里云上的商机，并协调双方销售团队共同跟进并落单；
2. 组织阿里云各销售组织，主动挖掘企业客户SAP Cloud ERP的商机，并协同SAP销售团队协同跟进并落单；
3. 与SI生态伙伴协作，推动SAP、阿里云和SI伙伴多方协同，确保SAP Cloud ERP商机挖掘、落单、至成功交付；
4. 协助公司构建并制定SAP Cloud ERP GTM的整体体系及策略，推动SAP Cloud ERP在SAP和阿里云双方销售组织中的GTM，并取得数字结果；
5. 协助探索并建立起：双方销售组织对联合销售的业绩计收管理规范，确保销售的满意度，并促进长期合作；
6. 参与公司整体业务战略的讨论，确保产品策略与公司发展方向一致。
职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机/泛计算机专业；
2. 至少5年相关工作经验，有成功的技术合作伙伴拓展和管理经验；
3. 出色的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，能够建立和维护高层级的关系；
4. 对云计算、大数据、人工智能等领域有一定的了解和技术敏感度；
5. 熟悉合作伙伴生态系统的运作机制，具备优秀的商务谈判技巧；
6. 优秀的团队协作与跨部门沟通能力，能够在复杂环境中协调多方资源，推动项目落地；
7. 出色的书面和口头表达能力，且以英语为主要工作语言；
8. 熟悉国际市场，有跨国合作经验者优先考虑；
9. 拥有 AWS、Azure、Google Cloud 等云平台认证或相关经验者优先。
