The Sourcing Manager leads the end-to-end sourcing critical time path through working together with team members, internal stakeholders third party providers to plan, coordinate execute efficient sourcing & new product development activities.

To source products ensuring competitive costs of goods whilst optimizing the cost of doing business to deliver the best end-to-end solution fthe company.

Responsibility:

·Action sourcing fstrategic category business plans

·Obtain quotes comparing costs from various vendors

·Organise buying trips in conjunction with the buyer

·Source new suppliers fbuyers to review

·Ample Knowledge of mandatory standards fcategories within your portfolio

·Review & approve all product samples & packaging prito on forwarding to onshore with recommendations

·In-line final production inspection when required, approve commencement of bulk production

·Assist buyer with price negotiations

·Assist buyer in selecting products

·Conduct factory audits

·Follow up corrective action plans with suppliers

·Periodically carry out operational performance reviews to maintain a consistent quality assured supplier base

·Identify mandatory standards & technical requirements fnew product development & packaging to ensure all product is compliant with these requirements

·Management of team-development mentor: SeniMerchandiser, Merchandiser Assistant Merchandiser

Accountabilities:

·Visit factories undertake factory assessments & approvals

·Ensure products are registeredders created in a timely manner

·Ensure quality inspections are undertaken on final production

·Ensure on time delivery ofders

·Develop collaborate business plans with strategic suppliers

·Ensure signed terms & conditions are in place with all suppliers

·Management of team – performance review / conversations

This position is responsible fexecuting sourcing plans, proactively search fqualified suppliers to meet business plan of Scania purchasing to make & execute purchasing strategies targets fthe segment supplier developed BEV&BEV counter components.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily but not limited to:
Fthe Asia market, proactively search fsuppliers to meet the business plan outlined from Scania Purchasing;
Make & execute purchasing strategies targets fglobal sourcing localization project ;
Regular intense communication & alignment with the globalganization fstrategy plan; Supplier capacity management & component shortage handling;
New technology & start-up scouting, cooperate with the globalganization fnew projects;
Evaluate material parts suppliers fquality, process control capacity;
Make RFQ, evaluate quotation, propose & nominate supplier within rational timing plan;
Work closely with the suppliers to develop new parts improve production quality ;
Cross function cooperation globally to ensure the technical specifications is followed project schedules are kept;
Conduct business negotiations with suppliers in the region following agreed targets;
Locally support allders placed at the suppliers in the region including following ongoing activities regarding tools, production, quality, delivery schedules logistics;
Cooperate with logistic, R&D, engineering production departments to fulfill the lead time targets;
Build a supplier base in Asia;
Follow VW group work journey.
Education and/Experience
University degree in Mechanical Engineering other applicable fields;
Experience of sourcing purchasing other applicable fields preferably from Automotive/ Mechanical Industry;
Experience with supplier developed BEV components
Experience in working in a manufacturing/quality environment;
Experience in supplier evaluation.
Knowledge, Skills Abilities
Market/Auto product/Product production process understanding;
Familiar with the necessary cooperation with engineering, production, quality, sales logistic related to the purchasing issues;
Adding structure planning to work situation by defining priorities completing the work in a systematic, efficient fashion within the required timeframe according to expectations. Team player with willing enthusiastic approach;
Effectively transfers thoughts expresses ideasally verbally in individual group situations.
Demonstrates the effort, willingness ambition to achieving results meeting objectives respond proactively to avoid disappointing results;
Attention to details to ensure accuracy while working to strict deadlines;

岗位职责：
1.根据物料需求情况，制定物料采购计划，实施采购及跟踪回货；
2.物料库存控制及呆滞物料处理；
3.跟踪供应商交货产品品质，及时处理收料异常、不良品的退换货及索赔；
4.供应商每月对账，确认应付账款；
5.拟定每月付款计划，做好请款手续；
6.供应商交货及时率的统计汇总；
7.供应商绩效考核评价；
8.进口物料委托报关并跟进收货入库；
9.按时完成上级领导安排其他工作事宜。
任职要求：
1. 全日制大学本科及以上学历（超过5年Sourcing工作经验，可以放宽到大专）
2. 具备至少3年以上元器件/FPC材料/半导体材料/设备/PCB/结构件Sourcing工作经验，有相应的供应商资源
3. 能适应经常出差，抗压能力强
4. 良好的沟通能力，谈判议价能力，成本分析能力，具备良好的商务礼仪
5. 具备良好的职业道德和职业操守，廉洁自律
