sourcing岗位职责

工作职责：
1.依照公司采购策略，在工作范围内完成采购任务，合理控制采购成本；
2.供应商的开发和管理，开发极具竞争力的供应资源，完善供应渠道；
3.协助SQE实施年度供应商评审；
4.日常的品质异常处理；
5.完成采购主管交给的其他任务。


岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，机械或营销类相关专业；
2.25岁至40岁左右，有3年以上采购资源开发经验；
3.英语书面及口语较好；
4.熟悉连接器有关的零件（包括机加五金件、压铸、塑胶、橡胶、Cable等）及其制程，对机加和电镀工艺有深刻了解，擅长价格成本分析；
5.有极强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，优秀的谈判和沟通协调能力；
6.做事条理清晰，工作积极主动，有高度的责任感和良好的职业素养；能承受较强的工作压力。

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1.Bachelor’s degree, majin Mechanical Engineering.
本科学历，机械或工程专业。
2.2 years work experience in the field of fastening system under cross-functional matrix environment is a plus, excellent recent graduates are also acceptable.
2年以上跨部门环境下紧固件采购工作经验优先, 优秀的应届毕业生也可考虑。
3.Familiar with supply chain management as well the import export.
熟悉供应链管理以及进出口业务。
4.Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems use good judgment.
较强的分析、判断以及解决复杂问题的能力。
5.Experienced in RFQ PPAP/APQP quality processes.
了解RFQ以及PPAP/APQP等质量流程。
6.Coordinated teams from engineering, quality, sales.
协调工程、质量、销售团队的能力。
7.Fluent English (written reading is a must, verbal is a plus).
英语流利（英语读写能力必须，口语优秀者优先）。
8.Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
良好的MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel, Word技能。
9.Able to travel in domestic when necessary.
必要时能够适应国内出差。


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1.Manage the RFQ from headquarter (Germany) other divisions.
处理德国总部以及其他区域的RFQ.
2.Identify the suppliers who have the competency willingness to be developed strategic supply partners fthe assigned product category of Böllhoff global.
识别有能力且有意愿成为博尓豪夫全球指定产品类别中战略合作伙伴的供应商。
3.Supporting headquarter other subsidiaries to develop optimize China prefer supplier base fresponsible product area.
支持总部和其他子公司为负责的产品区域开发和优化中国供应商。
4.Negotiate contract manage sourcing risks
洽谈合同，管理供应商开发的风险。
5.Cost analysis, investigate new developments relative to material, monitthe latest trends of market development prices, maintain supplier base with right quantity.
成本分析，调查与材料相关的新发展，监控市场发展和价格的*新趋势，确保供应商的数量。
6.Effectively solve the issues on pricing, terms conditions, delivery with suppliers.
与供应商高效地解决价格、合同条款以及交付等问题。
7.Able to clarify technical issue.
有一定的解决技术问题的能力。
8.Other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交代的其他工作。

• Responsible scope：Machine, Equipment, Automation, Fixtures, Measuring jig, materials, components of different process, (Axis, gear, ball joint etc.) , external treatment service, Serial machining, other new process external process etc
采购范围：新机器设备，自动化，工装/夹具/检具，非标定制，材料，各种类不同加工工艺的组成件/采购件 如齿轮件，球头件等，电镀电泳清洗，批量机加工件，以及其它新工艺过程的外协服务等等

负责新供应商开发，建立潜在供应商资源池

负责项目阶段询价
Responsible fPre-project sample Purchasing Requisition (before Serial production), ensure to meet Project Schedule
负责项目阶段样品采购需求，确保满足项目排程
• Responsible fsupplier management
负责前期供应商资质能力，技术产能等供应商的管理
• Global plant RFQ Supporting Globalder process
负责德国或兄弟工厂的新项目询价；以及支持Global 相关订单处理
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

要求：
• Bacheldegree above, majin Mechanical Engineering, Tool Design, Material etc
本科及以上学历，机械工程、模具设计或材料等理工科专业
• Good English both in writtenal
良好的英文听说读写能力
• At least 8 years purchasing experience, rich experience in automotive industry, familiar with IATF16949 System know well of automotive requirements, which cover tooling, machine & equipment, external service, components, machining parts
8年以上采购工作经验，汽车行业经验丰富，熟悉IATF16949管理体系，了解汽车行业要求 ，具有模具、机器设备，机加采购件、外协电泳电镀件采购经验及了解以上加工工艺者优先
• Manufacturing experience preferred
制造生产型经验优先
• Rich experience in Supplier development experience Commercial negotiation
