调度岗位职责

岗位职责：
做好订单的评审、生产前的打样安排、确认、生产各环节的进度物料供应、品质状况跟踪落实，依据生产计划的完成情况、销售的订单情况、采购物资供应情况，合理调整生产计划达成出货要求 。

一、岗位职责：
1、活跃主动和谐好各部分的作业关系，充分发挥调度室的职能作用；
2、担任各施工单位与公司的使命或其他业务联系，并做好具体记载；
3、根据出产使命及公司设备状况、车辆运送等状况科学合理安排出产；
4、随时把握公司和设备中间设备状况、资料的的贮存、车辆运送人员在位率及施工单位的施工进展状况，合理安排出产值和出产进展。
5、仔细填写各项作业记载（出产使命单、混凝土发货单、电话记载、上级指示及客户的各种信息反馈）
6、活跃合作技术部分高质量操控作业，保质量，促生产。
7、对运送司机、铲车司机及全部为出产效劳的人员或车辆进行合理调派并监督查看。

二、岗位要求：
1、懂车辆调配，能做好客户及公司上下级的沟通协调工作；
2、吃苦耐劳，承受工作压力强；
3、语言表达能力及协调管理能力强；
4、有混凝土搅拌站实际工作经验者优先。

Key Responsibilities (关键职责):
Manage the scheduler’s performance in the responsible area; ensure the delivery plan is in an optimized situation.
日常工作：
- Understanding the definition of Driver working hours, make sure the trip time accord with the Linde policy.
- Produce implement daily plans to manage day-to day swings.
- A key member in distribution to ensure the process is operated smoothly efficiently.
- Interface with Ops fon-site plants liquid back-up deliveries as a key coordinatwhen there are plants overhaul.
- Work with planner Product Manager to ensure the trip plan optimization are achieved.
- Produce a weekly plan to forecast communicate significant changes.
- Work closely with system expert to ensure systems are running efficiently further system development.
- Responsible fSchedulers performance management, analysis the KPI on monthly basis make sure the continuously scheduling efficiency improves with relevant department.
- Interface with area transportation team to ensure all outstanding issues are solved.
