应用支持岗位职责

岗位职责：
1、 负责与主机厂确认 BMS 技术协议，样品开发流程中BMS相关对接工作；
2、 主导BDU内部功率器件及采样元器件的选型和布局；
3、 负责锂电池系统开发阶段BMS软/硬件的调试、验证等工作；
4、 负责样品电池组在客户端验证过程中问题处理；
5、 编写各类技术工程文档；
6、 主管分配的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1、 计算机、电子、微电子、通信相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、 有锂电池开发与应用经验、了解电动汽车等系统的电气特性者优先；
3、 对锂电池Cell及Pack特性和电池容量模型具有一定了解；
4、 丰富的电路分析、设计经验，熟悉常用的电池元器件的应用；
5、 熟练使用常用实验设备；如 示波器、万用表、直流电源等；
6、 熟练使用CAN分析仪等 CAN 诊断设备；
7、 良好的沟通能力，可正确理解内外部客户的真实需求；
8、 有英文读写能力，能够阅读、理解英文datasheet及技术文献；
9、 良好的文档写作能力、语言表达能力、沟通协调能力，以及团队合作精神。

工作职责：
1.掌握公司产品的特点和操作使用方法，能独立为客户提供可行的解决方案
Master the characteristics operation methods of the companys products, be able to provide customers with feasible solutions independently
2.协助客户进行传感器系统的安装、调试、配置和功能验证；
Assist customers in the installation, commissioning, configuration functional verification of senssystems
3.解决客户在产品使用过程中遇到的技术问题，提供远程或现场支持；
Solve technical problems encountered by customers during the use of the product, provide remote on-site support
4.为代理商、客户和销售团队提供产品培训和技术交流；
Provide product training technical communication fagents, customers sales teams;
5.参与项目部项目的方案设计、选型评估与集成测试，并提供现场调试支持
Participate in the scheme design, selection evaluation integration testing of the project department, provide on-site commissioning support
6.编写技术文档、安装手册、常见问题解答（FAQ）及应用案例等
Write technical documentation, installation manuals, frequently asked questions (FAQs), application examples, etc
7.支持市场活动，如产品路演、展会技术咨询、样品演示等；
Support marketing activities, such as product roadshows, exhibition technical consultations, sample demonstrations, etc.;
8.了解竞争对手的产品及性能特点

岗位要求：
1.理工科背景（自动化、电子、机电、光电相关专业），专科或以上学历；
Educational requirements: science engineering background (automation, electronics, electromechanical, optoelectronic related majors), college degree above;
2.具有3年以上自动化行业相关的工作经验，有传感器相关经验者优先
Work experience: more than 3 years of relevant work experience in the automation industry, sensor-related experience is preferred
3.专业技能：
a) 熟练使用常用测量设备（示波器、万用表等）；会使用市场上主流的1-2种PLC和HMI，能编写程序
Proficient in the use of common measurement equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.); Able to use 1-2 brands of PLCs HMIs that are mainstream in the market, be able to write programs
b) 了解常见工业通信协议（如Profinet、EIP、Modbus、IO-Link等）,并能与相关设备建立通讯
Knowledge of common industrial communication protocols (e.g. Profinet, EIP，Modbus, IO-Link, etc.) the ability to communicate with related devices
c) 能读懂产品电路图、并能使用制图软件绘制电气接线图
Able to read product circuit diagrams use drawing software to draw electrical wiring diagrams

负责处理电商客户ERP软件使用咨询
诊断问题原因，并从专业角度给予客户操作建议
收集客户需求，驱动相关部门进行产品或服务优化
