AVIC Composite Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is affiliated with the Basic Technology Research Institute of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). It was formed through the strategic reorganization of the composite materials divisions of Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials and Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Manufacturing Engineering under AVIC. Established in June 2010, the Company is jointly funded by AVIC's Basic Technology Research Institute, the Beijing Municipal Government, Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, and Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Manufacturing Engineering, with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB. Located in the Shunyi Aviation Industry Park in Beijing, the Company covers an area of 279 mu and boasts first-class R&D, production, and office facilities. The Company inherits the solid technological foundation and brilliant achievements in China's aviation advanced composite materials. It holds a leading position in advanced composite resin and prepreg, honeycomb core materials, advanced composite manufacturing technologies, metal and ceramic matrix composite application technologies, material property characterization and component inspection technologies, as well as related products. At the same time, the Company shoulders the responsibility for the future development and application of advanced composite technologies, undertaking the strategic transformation from "model-driven" to "model-leading" and the glorious mission of catching up with and surpassing world-class composite materials. Upholding AVIC's mission of "Aviation Serves the Nation, Strengthening the Military and Enriching the People," the Company is actively promoting the application and industrialization of aviation composite materials and technologies in civilian fields. It has made significant progress in developing new products and industrialization in areas such as civil aircraft, automobiles, rail transit, petroleum, electric power, and new energy.
