Sichuan Energy Investment

Sichuan Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Energy Investment") was established in February 2011, and is an important entity in accelerating the construction of energy and chemical infrastructure projects in Sichuan Province. Since its establishment, Sichuan Energy Investment has thoroughly implemented the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee, the provincial party committee, the provincial government, and the provincial SASAC, closely focusing on the deployment of the provincial party committee's "5+1" modern industrial system and the goal of building a trillion-level energy and chemical industry, seizing major national strategic opportunities such as the "Belt and Road" initiative, the new era's western development strategy, and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, adhering to the purpose of "Enriching energy and revitalizing chemical industry, benefiting people's livelihood", and striving to build a "1+3+2" new industrial pattern with energy and chemical as the core main business, finance, engineering construction, and cultural tourism as the cultivation main business, and medical health care, elderly care, and vocational education as the auxiliary businesses, comprehensively supporting Sichuan's economic and social development. By the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan, Sichuan Energy Investment's credit rating was "AAA", with two listed companies, Sichuan Energy Power and Sichuan Energy Investment Development Co., Ltd., holding shares in and controlling 174 hydropower stations, with a total installed capacity (including equity installed capacity) of over 9 million kilowatts, about 500 kilometers of long-distance pipelines under construction or completed, 8 LNG refueling stations, annual natural gas transmission, distribution and sales of 2.5 billion cubic meters, total assets exceeding 200 billion yuan, and annual operating revenue of 70 billion yuan. In 2020, it ranked 363rd, 135th, and 67th in the "Top 500 Chinese Enterprises", "Top 500 Chinese Service Enterprises", and "Top 500 Chinese Energy (Group) Enterprises" lists, respectively.
