公司享有较高的质量信誉，是无锡市“AAA”级重合同守信用企业，1998年通过ISO 9002质量体系认证，2002年7月同时通过QS 9000和VDA 6.1质量体系认证， 2005年12月通过ISO/TS 16949和ISO：9001质量体系认证。
公司拥有净资产6000万元，各类先进的生产、检测试验设备200多台套，其中有加工高精度齿轮的德国HOLFER成型磨齿机2台和蜗杆砂轮磨齿机8台，美国M&M精密齿轮检测中心2台。公司建筑面积为18,000平方米，汽车齿轮及配件年生产能力达200万件，汽车自动皮带张紧器的年生产能力达100万件。产品年出口额为150万美元。
