Sany Marine Heavy Industry

Sany Marine Heavy Industry is a core business division under Sany Group, entering the port machinery industry in 2005. It primarily focuses on small port machinery (reach stackers, container stackers), large port machinery (quay cranes, yard cranes, portal cranes, MHC, ship loaders/unloaders), logistics equipment (grab loaders, heavy forklifts, electric terminal tractors), as well as telescopic handlers. In 2025, sales are expected to exceed 10 billion RMB.

The Sany Marine Heavy Industry Zhuhai Industrial Park covers a total land area of 3,000 mu, with 1.5 kilometers of coastline. It has completed a building area of 300,000 square meters for factories, and a large port machinery assembly base of 300,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 15 billion RMB. In the industry, Sany Marine Heavy Industry took the lead in launching the "lighthouse factory" construction, comprehensively introducing new production methods such as the on-site data centralized control and flexible manufacturing islands. It has completed the construction of 6 production lines and 18 production islands for large and small port machinery, introduced 280 sets of automated equipment, and realized full-process visualization and digital intelligence from cutting and feeding to distribution, welding, spraying, assembly, and commissioning.
