Dian Diagnostics Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dian Diagnostics") was established in 2001. It is an independent third-party medical diagnostic service institution with the core business of providing diagnostic service outsourcing. In July 2011, it was among the first in the industry to go public (stock code: 300244).
Dian Diagnostics focuses on innovation in diagnostic technology platforms and has been approved as one of the first national pilot units for high-throughput gene sequencing technology in tumor diagnosis and treatment projects, the first national demonstration center for clinical application of gene testing technology, and a national demonstration center for third-party high-performance medical diagnostic equipment applications. It has established strategic cooperation with many internationally renowned institutions, including Johns Hopkins University, Danaher Corporation, METABOLON, FMI, Agena, NMS, and the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
With the mission of "letting people share health equally", Dian Diagnostics is committed to providing "overall solutions for medical diagnostic services" for customers. It actively promotes the expansion of the independent third-party medical diagnostic platform into multiple service areas and the integrated development strategy of upstream and downstream industry chains. Its business covers medical diagnostic services, diagnostic product marketing, forensic identification, health management, cold chain logistics, diagnostic technology R&D and production, CRO, biobanking, and other fields. It has deployed 40 chain laboratories nationwide, which have passed ISO15189 and CAP international quality certification systems, serving more than 20,000 medical institutions and over 250 million people nationwide.
Shanghai Dian Diagnostics Medical Laboratory Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. It is an independent medical laboratory set up in accordance with international laboratory accreditation standards and the standards of a Class III Grade A hospital laboratory. It is a demonstration laboratory for Roche Diagnostics in Greater China.
The central laboratory implements the ISO15189 international standardized quality management system, strictly follows laboratory operating procedures, and participates in quality management and quality assessment at clinical testing centers at all levels to ensure the accuracy and authority of test results, with reports conforming to international standards. The center adopts an advanced foreign LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), establishes a strict quality monitoring system, and uses a network-based management model to build a shared information platform with clients, realizing real-time data transmission.
