国能长岭生物发电有限公司（以下简称国能长岭公司）隶属国家电力投资集团有限公司下属单位国能生物发电集团有限公司，是其全资子公司（全国共40家，目前运营19家，停产21家；吉林4家，运营2家），位于长岭经济开发区，总投资3.6亿元，注册资本金1亿元，占地面积14.98万平方米，建筑面积10万平方米。2010年10月开工建设，2014年8月正式投产。年消耗生物质30万吨，发电2.4亿千瓦时，年产值约1.5亿元。带动就业1000人，年反哺惠民金额达1亿元以上。累计完成产值16.54亿元，实现利润2.59亿元，上缴税金9161万元。综合经营指标处于生物质发电*水平。
