新乡中益发电有限位于河南新乡市长垣县，拟建2×600MW超超临界火电机组，厂址位于常村镇中部，紧邻S308省道，西距新乡市60km，东距长垣县城12km。本工程总投资约48亿元，由河南投资集团有限公司和河南豫能控股股份有限公司合资建设，本工程计划于2012年底工程开工，2014年底两台机组建成投产发电。
