Hunan Zhongye Changtian Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Changtian Heavy Industry) is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Zhongye Changtian). It serves as Zhongye Changtian's scientific research pilot testing and technological achievement industrialization base, and is also a high-tech enterprise in the industry engaged in the development, integrated manufacturing, and service of major core equipment and environmental protection equipment for metallurgical sintering, oxidized pellets, and metallized pellets. The solid foundation accumulated by Zhongye Changtian over decades has laid a firm cornerstone for the rapid development of Changtian Heavy Industry. Changtian Heavy Industry is located in Lugu High-tech Zone, Changsha, with a total area of 220 mu, including a planned workshop area of 60,000 square meters (Phase I of 35,000 square meters has been completed and put into use, and Phase II of 25,000 square meters will be constructed at a later date), and an office area of approximately 10,000 square meters. In accordance with the overall plan of the National Sintering and Pelletizing Equipment System Engineering Technology Research Center, Changtian Heavy Industry jointly built a mechanical experimental testing room, a thermal engineering laboratory, an environmental engineering laboratory, and a remote technical support center. It possesses hundreds of sets of various fine equipment and related inspection and metering instruments, capable of manufacturing and assembling main equipment and supporting parts for sintering, pelletizing, direct reduced iron, dust removal and environmental protection, and flue gas desulfurization and denitrification treatment, and has achieved total assets of 500 million yuan. Changtian Heavy Industry perfectly combines the strong R&D technological advantages of Zhongye Changtian with its own manufacturing technological advantages, producing five major series and dozens of varieties of metallurgical complete equipment and environmental protection equipment.
