The company covers an area of 400 mu, with a factory area of 60,000 square meters and existing fixed assets of 650 million yuan. It possesses advanced gear processing equipment from both domestic and international sources, such as German Praewema powerful gear honing machines, German KAPP gear grinding machines, German EMAG lathes, German EMAG turning and grinding machining centers, American Gleason hobbing machines, Italian Galdabini automatic straightening machines, Austrian Aichelin continuous heat treatment furnaces and multi-purpose furnaces, as well as a German Klingelnberg P26 gear inspection and metrology center, American MM gear testers, coordinate measuring machines, electronic double-flank testers and other high-tech production equipment and testing instruments.
With the continuous expansion of the company's business and the growing development of the enterprise, in order to meet the increasing market demand, in addition to the above-mentioned world-class equipment, the company is still continuously introducing advanced gear processing equipment, such as Felsomat hobbing machines, EMAG post-heat-treatment turning and grinding machining centers, Wheelabrator strong shot blasting machines, Arthur Klink broaching machines, Liebherr CNC hobbing machines and other various high-precision equipment. Up to now, the company has more than 800 various production and gear processing equipment, nearly 500 employees, an annual production capacity of 10 million gears and gear shafts, and an annual sales output value of nearly 500 million yuan.
