Its strategic mission serves the national information industry, solves the problem of key equipment being constrained by foreign technologies, achieves scientific and technological self-reliance, and provides core support for the construction of the national new-generation information infrastructure and the development of the dual-city economic circle and Western Science City in Chongqing.
