Chongqing Kuajingbao (Group) E-commerce Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kuajingbao") is a company under Chongqing Jiafa Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Group"). Jiafa Group was established in 1986, with a registered capital of 120 million yuan and assets exceeding 10 billion yuan. Kuajingbao was established in 2014, with a registered capital of 20 million RMB. It is a comprehensive cross-border service platform approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, focusing on cross-border commodities and integrating cross-border e-commerce services with physical stores, wholesale, and retail. Relying on the Group's self-owned property "Jiafa Cross-border Trade Center" and supported by the Group's strong financial and resource backing, Kuajingbao is committed to building an ecological industry chain that covers omnichannel cross-border commodity wholesale and retail, one-stop supply chain warehousing and logistics services, and industrial financial services.
