Chongqing Yudian Engineering Supervision & Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in June 1998 and is a limited liability company with independent legal personality. On June 8, 2004, the company obtained the Pre-B Class qualification for equipment supervision in Chongqing. In 2005, it passed the ISO9000-2000 quality system certification. In 2006, it was approved by the Ministry of Construction and obtained the Class A supervision enterprise qualification certificate. The company's business scope includes: engineering project management; supervision services for thermal power station projects with a single unit capacity of 300,000 kilowatts or more, nuclear power station projects of nuclear power plants, and Class I, II, and III power transmission and transformation projects with voltage levels of 330 kV and above and below; and engineering technical consulting. Since its establishment in 1998, the company has taken power engineering construction supervision as its core business, worked hard to expand the market, continuously adjusted its talent structure, and improved its management and operation mechanisms, achieving remarkable results. The company has now completed approximately more than 1,000 engineering supervision projects of 110KV and above, more than 40 equipment manufacturing supervision projects, and more than 100 project management projects. The company has successively undertaken supervision and project management for key projects of Chongqing Electric Power Company and the Chongqing Municipal Government, such as Baihe Power Plant, Changyang Power Plant, 500 kV Shiping Substation, 500 kV Longsheng Substation, 220 kV Youyang Substation, 220 kV Wulong Substation, 500 kV Shiping-Longshou Transmission Line, 500 kV Zhangjiaba-Longshou Transmission Line, Banqiao 500 kV Outbound Line, 500 kV Zhangjiaba-Longsheng Transmission Line, supporting power supply projects for the Chongqing-Huaihua Railway, supporting power supply projects for the Suiyu Railway, supporting power supply projects for the Chongqing-Hunan Expressway, the Western Rural Power Network Renovation, and the "Electricity for Every Household" project.

The 500KV Fengjie Jiupan Substation, which was put into operation in 2011, won the State Grid Corporation's Safety Management Flowing Red Flag, and the 220KV Xinnong Substation won the State Grid Corporation's Comprehensive Management Flowing Red Flag, among others. The supervision work undertaken by the company has received unanimous praise from customers, established a good reputation among clients, and won honors and commendations many times from the Chongqing Municipal Construction Commission, the Chongqing Supervision Association, and the Electric Power Enterprise Association. At present, the company has 246 employees, including 185 professional and technical personnel of various types. Among them: 38 registered supervision engineers who have obtained the "People's Republic of China Supervision Engineer Practice Qualification Certificate", 20 senior engineers, 82 engineers, and 65 assistant engineers. Among the company's professional and technical personnel, there are technical personnel who have worked in power infrastructure management departments, technical backbones who have long been engaged in engineering technology research and engineering design in design institutes, and technical backbones who have long been engaged in engineering quality management and construction technology management in construction enterprises. Thus, the company has a strong ability to solve difficult problems in the process of engineering construction, providing a solid talent foundation for the "four controls", "two managements", and "one coordination" of supervision work. The company's internal organizational structure includes four departments: the Office, the Finance and Business Department, the Safety and Quality Department, and the Engineering Project Supervision Department. The company has established five types of management systems compatible with its management and organization, namely: administrative management system, supervision engineering business management system, quality management system, and safety management system, etc., forming a complete management system.
