Chunfeng Electric Power, a subsidiary of Hunan Chunfeng Technology Development Co., Ltd., mainly deals in electric power fittings, iron accessories, insulation cover series, insulators, rural power grid distribution terminals, safety tools and instruments series, etc. Its products are sold in 30 provinces across the country. The office is currently located in Changsha Headquarters Base, Yuhua Economic Development Zone, Changsha City, with an office building area of more than 2,000 square meters. The production plant is located in Changsheng Industrial Park, Qingyun County, Shandong Province, with a factory area of more than 12,000 square meters. It can produce nearly 500 specifications and models of electric power fittings, and can undertake complete supply of various types of fittings nationwide as well as the design and manufacture of various non-standard products. The electric power fittings produced by the company mainly fall into three categories: aluminum-copper-aluminum, cast iron, and forged. In accordance with the requirements of advanced manufacturing, the company has established electric power fitting manufacturing workshops and heat treatment workshops; it is equipped with low-pressure casting machines, CNC machine tools, forging friction presses, CNC flame cutting machines, CNC section steel production lines and other processing equipment for various products; the company has also set up a technology center and a testing center, and has introduced metal composition analyzers, tensile testing machines, etc. All kinds of related instruments and equipment are complete and have passed provincial-level laboratory certification. The company currently has close cooperative relationships with North China Electric Power University, China Electric Power Research Institute, Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute, Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Yangzhou University and other institutions. In April 2011, the company entered the qualified supplier database of State Grid Corporation of China. In December 2014, the company obtained the "National Industrial Product Production License" for electric power fittings issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. In 2014, in accordance with the requirements of State Grid rural power grid standard Q/GDW 615-2011, the company independently developed and produced the "IDTT-B-615CF Intelligent Distribution Terminal" and the "DA8000 Intelligent Management System for Distribution Transformer Areas", and currently plans trial operation in Hunan, Henan, Guangdong and other regions. In July 2015, the company passed the on-site audit of the State Grid audit team and became a qualified supplier on the State Grid tendering and procurement platform. In the bidding on the State Grid e-commerce platform, it successfully won bidding projects in Hunan, Anhui, Shaanxi, Shandong, Jiangsu, Xinjiang, Henan, Hebei, Jibei and other provinces. In March 2018, the company passed the re-certification of three systems including ISO9001 international quality management. In September 2019, the company obtained the "one-paper certificate" for "10kV line fittings", participated in bidding for more than 180 bid packages, and its turnover exceeded 100 million yuan.
