I. Company Profile
Wuhan Zhongjian Engineering Management Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Zhongjian Management") was formed through a capital increase and renaming of Wuhan Zhongjian Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd. in July 2012, with a registered capital of 15 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, a backbone enterprise under China State Construction Engineering Corporation, a Fortune Global 500 listed company.
The company has integrated all businesses of the Wuhan Branch of Shenzhen Modern Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., a controlled subsidiary of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, and the Architectural Technology Research and Design Institute of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. It currently holds Grade A qualifications for housing construction engineering and municipal public works supervision, Grade B qualifications for mechanical and electrical engineering and civil air defense engineering supervision, and qualifications for bidding agency, among others; it has passed certifications for quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system; it is currently an advanced supervision enterprise in Hubei Province, an advanced unit in engineering supervision in Wuhan, a five-star engineering supervision enterprise in Wuhan, a AAA credit enterprise in Wuhan, and a "contract-abiding and credit-honoring" enterprise in Wuhan.
The company is mainly engaged in construction engineering supervision, project management, project agent construction, technical consulting, and economic consulting, among other businesses. Its business scope is centered in Wuhan and covers multiple provinces and cities including Yichang, Xiangyang, Qianjiang, Xiaogan, as well as Nanchang in Jiangxi and Changsha in Hunan, among others. The construction area of projects it has served exceeds 20 million square meters (including over 1 million square meters of civil air defense engineering supervision area), with total project investment exceeding 50 billion yuan. It has successively formed strategic partnerships with well-known real estate enterprises such as Vanke, Gemdale, Wanda, China Resources, Yanhai, and China Merchants.

II. Recruitment Needs and Benefits
Due to business development needs, we are now sincerely recruiting a number of professionals or interns in construction engineering technology, engineering supervision, civil engineering, engineering management, water supply and drainage, HVAC, building electrical, road and bridge, and other related fields.
1.
