Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Nansha, Guangzhou in 2012. After several capital increases, its registered capital has reached HK$8.144 billion. As of the end of December 2017, the company's total assets reached RMB 27.3 billion. The company is a council member of the China Financial Leasing 30 Forum, a vice president unit of the Leasing Industry Working Committee of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, and the chairman unit of the Guangzhou Financial Leasing Industry Alliance. In June 2018, the company obtained an AAA main credit rating, and was selected as the China Financial Leasing Company of the Year for three consecutive years from 2015 to 2017.
