Guangzhou Red Cotton Intelligent Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Red Cotton Co., Ltd.") is a state-owned enterprise listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, headquartered in the core Tianhe District of Guangzhou, with a registered capital of 1.835 billion yuan. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a nationally recognized enterprise technology center, holding a nationally authorized postdoctoral workstation. Its controlling shareholder is Guangzhou Light Industry & Trade Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Light Industry Group"), and its actual controller is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government. Red Cotton Co., Ltd. was renamed from Guangzhou Lonkey Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Lonkey"), whose predecessor was Guangzhou Grease Chemical Plant and Guangzhou Grease Chemical Industry Company, established in 1959, and was an early designated manufacturer of daily chemical products in South China. In 1993, Guangzhou Lonkey was restructured from a state-owned enterprise into a joint-stock company, becoming one of the first standardized listed joint-stock companies in Guangzhou, and has been listed for 30 years. In 2019, Guangzhou Lonkey acquired Guangzhou Huatang Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huatang Food"), officially entering the food and beverage industry. In 2023, Guangzhou Lonkey implemented a major asset restructuring, divesting its original daily chemical assets and acquiring Guangzhou New Century Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "New Century Company") under its controlling shareholder, forming a dual main business structure of "food and beverages" and "cultural creative park asset operation". The wholly-owned subsidiary Huatang Food has established a brand system for food and beverages including "Red Cotton", "Guangshi", "Double Happiness", "Wuyang", and "Oriental Fables". Main products include Red Cotton brand series of edible sugar, Guangshi brand pineapple beer series beverages, and Oriental Fables brand coffee. Huatang Food is a national high-tech enterprise, recognized as the "Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Green Deep Processing of Functional Sugar Products", and has a provincial-level enterprise technology center and a provincial-level engineering technology research and development center. The subsidiary New Century Company has been deeply involved in the asset operation of cultural creative parks for many years, and its parks represented by the "T.I.T" brand have been recognized by the government and clients in the cultural creative industry. In recent years, the parks operated by New Century Company, as representatives in the field of industrial cultural landmark architecture, have won the "Excellent Industrial Heritage Protection and Utilization Demonstration Case" award issued by the Industrial Culture Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (one of 5 winners in the field of industrial cultural landmark construction), and have received national, provincial, and municipal honors such as the National Excellent Industrial Heritage Protection and Utilization Demonstration Case, National Textile and Garment Design Pilot Park, Guangdong Province "Internet + Creativity" Town, "Guangdong Province Small and Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Base", and "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Trendy Creative Park".
