西安市雁塔区小寨路262社区卫生服务中心，是隶属雁塔区卫生局管辖的一级医院，属非营利性医疗机构，前身为国营二六二厂职工医院。中心位于小寨东路100号（小寨东路与翠华路交叉口），省历史博物馆对面，建筑面积3300平方米，是一所集中西医全科诊疗、计划免疫、预防保健、妇幼保健、康复为一体的综合性医疗机构。承担着小寨办事处20个社区，4个行政村，共计面积7.1平方公里，13.6万人口的预防保健、计划免疫、妇幼保健、疾病控制、康复及诊疗工作。同时担负辖区内社区卫生所及乡村医生的业务培训、指导、管理工作。
