Hunan Huachen Engineering Design & Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") primarily engages in electric power construction survey and design, and also possesses the capability to provide full-process services in electric power technical consulting, design review, design supervision, project management, and other aspects. It is one of the important technical support units for power construction of State Grid Hunan Electric Power Company, and is the backbone force for design supervision of Hunan Electric Power Construction Supervision & Consulting Co., Ltd.



The "Company" was established in November 2005. In accordance with the Company Law, it implements a general manager responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors, with a sound organizational structure, complete management systems, and full professional staffing. The "Company" holds the "Grade B Qualification for Survey, Design and Project Management in the Electric Power Industry and Construction Industry (Building Engineering)" and the "Grade C Qualification for Consulting in the Electric Power and Construction Industries" issued by higher-level competent authorities. It has passed the "ISO9001-2008 Quality Management System Certification of China Electricity Council (Beijing) Certification Center Co., Ltd.", and obtained the "GB/T24001-2004 Environmental Management System Certification" certificate and the "GB/T28001-2011 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification" certificate.
