Guangxin Junda Law Firm was established in January 1993, and is one of the first partnership law firms established in Guangdong Province. It established the first Party Committee of a law firm in Guangdong Province, and has received honors such as the Advanced Party Organization of the National Lawyer Industry, the Ministry-level Civilized Law Firm, the National Excellent Law Firm, the "Belt and Road" Top Ten Law Firm, the Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization of Guangdong Province, and the seventh place in the China Law Firm Brand Value 100 list. It is one of the first batch of foreign-related law firm units in Guangdong Province and one of the first member units of the "Belt and Road" Lawyers Alliance. As of now, the headquarters has over a thousand lawyers and staff, of which there are over 760 lawyers, 25 with doctoral degrees, 29 lawyers practicing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, 42 lawyers with overseas education backgrounds, 28 lawyers holding both domestic and overseas lawyer qualifications, and 37 lawyers appointed as off-campus mentors, guest professors, or graduate supervisors at multiple universities. Over 60 lawyers have received honors such as National Excellent Lawyer, Provincial Excellent Lawyer, the Guangzhou Lawyers Association's 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up Contribution Award, Guangzhou Industry Leading Talent, Guangzhou Foreign-related Senior Lawyer, Guangzhou Intellectual Property Senior Lawyer, and the National Lawyers Association, Guangdong Province, and Guangzhou Foreign-related Lawyer Leading Talent. The firm has been approved to establish one of the first "Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Bases" of law firms in Guangdong Province, and is a joint training unit for the Master of Laws (Foreign-related Lawyer) graduate program of Sun Yat-sen University.
